• Water & Sewer Services provided.
• With limited access to main roads and internal roads to take care of them.
• Depending upon type & long term community effects.
• As long as the people who live in the areas don’t have to have noise when they’re sleeping or sitting in their yard.

• What are the designated areas, who designates them & how political are they?
• Better than Larye Factories.
• You need this for a wider tax base.
• Truck Routing & noise is a consideration.
