• Should be placed in W.B. Industrial Park or along 75 condors.
• Designated areas only.
• Not to spoil the countryside.
• Heavy industries in designated areas only.

• Only in Industrial Park, where water, sewer and fire protection services are more readily available.
• Build where you want.
• Limited access to main roads and internal roads to take of servicing them.
• Encouragement with only Ltd. Financial participation by township.
• Not in family home or farm areas.
• Township needs coherent Master Plan.
• Environmentally friendly.
• What are the designated areas, who designates them & how political are they?
• You wouldn’t want some industry to build next to you.
• Absolutely in an industrial park so designated.
• Truck Routing & Noise is a consideration.
