Indicate age group.

• There should be no commercial business allowed in this residential area you have already done enough damage and screwed up our taxes.
• Any property owner should have choices to do with their own property as they wish! Is that not why we pay taxes? Land of the free?
• Beautiful township, keep everything as is for our future.
• I hope that there is a place for my children to live and work where we are presently located and at the rate farms are being subdivided we will end up farming in the city.
• Have lived in township 55 years in country, our farmlands are gradually disappearing.
• Will be moving up here permanently in a few months.
• I would hope all significant changes would have studies & be enforced.
• It would be a good thing of the people in West Branch Township were made to clean up all junk and cars that don’t run, it will bring in more tax dollars in the township.
• We need more senior citizen programs ie, volunteer groups etc. We do need a new jail.
• If we don’t limit building on farmlands, all types, we will gradually loose an important part of our county’s industry – it’s not equitable to try and farm 10A or less plots around survey steaks and houses.
• Only there part time. If you make it too much like a city and take away the outdoors what attracts us, why would we want to leave one city to vacation in another city rather than country with woods and wildlife. We would sell and find another outdoors like place.
• We plan on retiring in West Branch.
• Zoning is a very important part of township growth. A Master Plan is a must.
