“Duplexes, Condo’s & Townhouses (less than two stories) should be encouraged in designated areas”?

• Proper zoning is needed.
• Anywhere in residential areas as long as sufficient parking and utilities are available.
• Be sure they are in designated areas.
• These offer style of living without vast acreage required.
• Build where you want.
• Should allow 2 stories.
• I feel we have enough – but would need to be built in designated areas.
• Too much traffic and no water or sewer is available.
• This type of development is too high density.
• If aesthetically appropriate, non- public owned.
• Should include nursing homes.
• Traffic, Water & sewer problems when spread all over.
• What are the designated areas, who designates them & how political is this?
• They should keep these all together.
• Could be mixed with single family.
• Can only support so many.
