“Single family homes should be encouraged in designated areas”?

• A master Plan should be in place.
• With taxes we pay township should pay for trash pick up.
• Absolutely, you can only pick up on this to date in order to curtail further such infractions but, you have to start somewhere.
• Not in business areas.
• Encouraged but nor mandated.
• Clustered housing areas like near W.B golf course, ie 40 houses on 40 acres.
• AS long as the wetlands and farms are protected.
• Land use should be left up to the individual.
• On lots large enough so not to be crowded.
• Build where you want.
• Not in areas of productive farmland.
• Don’t make our roads a chain town.
• No sub-divisions.
• Current single family home areas should be enforced.
• An individual land owner’s property.
• Traffic, Water & sewer problems when spread all over.
• What are the designated areas and who designated these areas. How political is this?
• Anywhere.
• Separate from apartments & similar to neighbors structures. Not one big one small.
